Kokemo
A free scheduling poll: propose a few dates or times, share one link, and let everyone vote Yes/Maybe/No — no accounts, no back-and-forth emails, just a shared answer to "when works for you?"

Anyone who has tried to schedule a meeting with more than three people knows the pain: an email chain of "does Tuesday work?", "I'm free after 3pm", "actually Wednesday is better", that somehow never converges. Kokemo replaces that entire thread with one link. You list a few candidate dates or times, send the link, and each person marks Yes, Maybe or No next to each option — no account needed on either side.
Under the hood it's built for groups that aren't all in the same place: times are stored in UTC and displayed in each participant's local timezone, so a poll shared between London, New York and Singapore doesn't turn into a math problem. It supports comments so people can explain a "maybe," optional email invitations and deadlines to force a decision, capacity limits for events with a headcount cap, and secret polls when you don't want participants seeing each other's answers. The organizer can create a free account for a dashboard of past polls, but participants never have to.
💬 Our review
The short version: for the specific job of "find a time slot that N people can agree on," Kokemo does it in one link with zero friction on the voting side, and it costs nothing.
Compared to Doodle, the market leader, Kokemo strips out almost everything except the poll itself — no calendar integrations, no paid tiers, no branding options — which is exactly the point if Doodle's upsells and ads have annoyed you before. Against When2Meet, which is even more bare-bones for finding overlapping availability windows, Kokemo is friendlier for simple date/time voting but less suited to fine-grained "find the best 30-minute slot across a whole week" grids. It's not a Calendly replacement either — Calendly handles one-on-one booking against a real calendar, while Kokemo is purely a group consensus poll. If your actual need is "which of these 3 dates works for 8 people," Kokemo is a fast, free, no-nonsense fit; if you need recurring calendar booking or fine time-grid overlap, look elsewhere.
