Woise

Woise

Lets your users show and tell you what's broken by recording their screen and talking through it, instead of trying to type out a bug report in a text box.

Description

Written bug reports are often vague — "the button doesn't work" tells a team almost nothing about what actually happened. Woise replaces the text box with a screen recording plus voice narration: a user clicks record, shows what's wrong while talking through it, and Woise automatically transcribes the narration into searchable text alongside the video.

It captures screen recordings with audio, up to 5 screenshots per submission, and automatically detects the reporter's browser and device. A mobile-optimized path lets people submit screenshots and text when screen recording isn't practical. Submissions get auto-categorized as ideas or bug reports, teams get email notifications, and the feedback widget itself can be customized to match a product's branding. The free Micro tier covers 10 submissions a month; paid tiers run $20 (Small) to $100/month (Large), with custom Enterprise pricing above that.

💬 Our review

The short version: showing is faster and more precise than typing for bug reports and feature requests, so if your team spends time going back and forth asking "can you clarify what you mean," Woise's recording-plus-narration format should cut that clarification loop significantly — the AI transcription makes the recordings searchable rather than trapped in unwatched video files.

Against a general product feedback tool like Canny or Featurebase, which are built around upvoting and roadmap tracking of typed feedback, Woise's angle is richer bug/UX reports rather than feature-request prioritization — the two solve adjacent but different problems and could even be used together. Against a dedicated screen-recording bug tool like Marker.io or BugHerd, Woise's differentiator is the voice narration and AI transcription layer, which those tools generally don't emphasize. The free tier's 10 submissions/month is enough to trial it on a small product, but growing teams will hit the $20-100/month range fast if feedback volume is meaningful, so it's worth estimating your monthly submission count before committing to a tier.
