Beamer's paid tiers start at $59/month once you outgrow its 1,000 MAU free cap (up to $299/month at scale), and AnnounceKit's core Essentials/Growth tiers run $79-149/month (up to $399/month for Scale) — Updatify's $12.95-22.95/month plans undercut both by a wide margin for a small team. The tradeoff is track record: Beamer and AnnounceKit are longer-established with bigger customer bases and more integrations battle-tested at scale, so a fast-growing team already bumping into MAU caps may find that maturity worth the premium. For an indie maker or small SaaS just starting to publish changelogs, Updatify's multi-source ingestion and AI rewriting cover the essentials without the bigger price tag.
