🔗 Visit SlashyDescription
Most 'AI email' tools just draft replies faster, but the actual bottleneck for a busy inbox is usually the tasks buried inside emails that require checking somewhere else — a calendar, a project tracker, a CRM. Slashy connects those apps directly to the inbox so it can act on a request instead of just summarizing it, turning email from a place you read into a place you get things done.
It ships as native apps for Mac and iPhone as well as a web version, coming out of Y Combinator's Summer 2025 batch. The Enterprise tier adds team collaboration features plus SOC 2 Type II, SSO, and SCIM compliance, with a data processing agreement and zero data retention — explicitly stating customer email content is never used to train models. Pricing isn't published on the consumer or enterprise pages; the enterprise tier is sold through direct sales contact.
💬 Our review
The short version: Slashy's differentiator is that it acts on email rather than just summarizing it — connecting third-party apps so a request in an email can actually get resolved from the inbox, which is a step further than most AI email assistants that stop at drafting a reply.
The lack of public pricing on either the consumer or enterprise pages makes it hard to gauge cost before engaging with sales, which is more friction than most AI email tools require. For a team specifically worried about data privacy, the zero-retention policy and explicit no-training-on-customer-data commitment (paired with SOC 2 Type II, SSO, SCIM) is a stronger compliance posture than many consumer-first AI email tools offer, which matters if email content includes sensitive business communication.
