ReviewHeron puts both stores' reviews into a single inbox on your Mac, and — because it runs entirely on your own machine using Apple Intelligence rather than sending anything to a server — it can draft replies for you without your review data ever leaving your computer or requiring you to create an account anywhere.
Technically, it's a local-first macOS app distributed as a direct .dmg download (not through the Mac App Store) that supports an unlimited number of apps across both stores at once.
