Most AI business-automation tools re-process the same request through a language model every single time you run it, which is slow and gets expensive fast. Ardent takes a different approach: when it solves a task — pulling a report from your CRM, reconciling data across tools — it generates actual, reusable code for that task and runs it in a sandboxed environment, so the next time you need the same thing done, it's instant and cheap instead of another full model pass.
It's a macOS-only desktop app (Apple Silicon, currently in preview) that executes generated code inside a Deno sandbox with secure authentication, connecting to HubSpot, Linear, Google Drive, PostgreSQL, and Supabase out of the box. Teams can share the "abilities" (reusable automations) it builds, watch execution live as it streams output, and extend it via MCP server support.
