The distinguishing feature is the approval-gate design: agents propose work, but humans stay in the loop before anything ships, which is the right default for a team just starting to trust agents with real business processes. Persistent channels with task history also solve the "did we already try this" problem that ad hoc agent usage creates.
The honest caveat: this is a one-month-old company still in private beta with unpublished full pricing — treat any cost-savings numbers as unverified marketing until you test it on your own workflows, and expect some rough edges typical of a brand-new product. Worth watching, not yet worth betting critical operations on.
