That's Wild Static: instead of giving you your own private AI assistant, it gives you a seat at the table of a single, shared AI that remembers what other people asked it, learns from the crowd, and slowly develops its own quirks in public.
Technically, Wild Static is a web experiment run by UK company Plural Matter Ltd. There is exactly one AI instance behind the product; its memory persists across all users rather than resetting per session or account. Access is passwordless (email-based sign-in), and since running the shared AI costs real inference money, the project funds itself through a public token pool anyone can top up, plus optional personal token purchases.
