Poth Labs
Connects your support tickets, CRM, and product data into one place so you can ask why customers actually churn and get a cited answer.

"Why are customers churning?" is a question most companies answer by guessing, because the evidence is scattered across a support inbox, a CRM, a feedback form, and a product analytics tool that never talk to each other. Poth Labs pulls all of that into one place and lets you ask the question directly, with an answer backed by the actual conversations and tickets it pulled from.
💬 Our review
The short version: Poth Labs' real differentiator is citations — instead of a generic AI summary of "customers seem unhappy," it points you to the specific conversation, ticket, or data point behind an answer, which is the difference between a hunch and something you can act on.
Under the hood it builds a customer knowledge graph connecting customers, accounts, products, features, conversations and behaviors across 50+ integrations (Zendesk, HubSpot, Salesforce, Gong, Stripe and more), plus anomaly detection for things like usage data contradicting what support is hearing. There's a free tier to connect sources and explore, but the paid tier has no public pricing table — you go through a sales conversation to get a quote, which is standard for a Y Combinator-backed early-stage product but means you can't budget for it without a call first. Compared to a general BI tool, Poth Labs is narrower and more opinionated: it's built specifically around customer-relationship questions (churn, adoption, feature gaps) rather than arbitrary dashboards, which is a real advantage if that's exactly your question and a limitation if you need broader analytics.
