Hubble
An API that assembles a patient's full medical record across every provider, using EHR connections plus browser and voice agents as fallback.
🔗 Visit HubbleDescription
Getting someone's complete medical history isn't just a technical problem — most health record APIs only hand back the thin "patient portal" slice, forcing teams to build separate integrations per hospital system or fall back on faxes and phone calls. Hubble is built to close that specific gap for developers building health products.
Hubble lets a patient verify their identity once, then assembles their records across providers and returns them through a single API for an application or AI agent to use. Where a direct EHR or HIE connection comes back empty, Hubble keeps going: browser agents that submit requests through provider portals, and voice agents that call records departments on the patient's behalf. Every request runs on the patient's own legal right of access, is fully reviewable, and can be revoked at any time, with structured output, deterministic IDs, and a complete HIPAA-compliant audit trail across 70,000+ connected systems including Epic, athenahealth, and Oracle Health.
💬 Our review
The short version: Hubble's real pitch is completeness — when a direct API connection to an EHR or health information exchange comes back empty, it keeps going with browser agents that log into provider portals and voice agents that call records departments, on the patient's own legal right of access, rather than giving up and returning a partial record like most competitors.
That fallback chain (API → browser agent → voice agent) is also the thing to interrogate before betting a product on it: automated portal logins and phone calls are inherently less reliable and slower than a clean API response, even if the end result is more complete. Pricing is entirely enterprise and undisclosed — you book a demo, there's no self-serve tier — which fits the healthcare-integration space but means you can't evaluate cost without a sales conversation. Provider-mediated access (the read/write direction) is still in beta. Against building your own per-EHR integrations from scratch, Hubble is a real time-saver if you need broad coverage across many providers; if you only need one or two health systems you already have relationships with, direct integration might be simpler and cheaper.
