As companies adopt AI agents for real work, a practical problem shows up: how do you decide which tasks go to a human and which go to an AI, and how do you keep track of it all without losing oversight? Trace connects to existing tools — Slack, Notion, Jira, Google Drive, HubSpot — analyzes the workflows already running through them, identifies which repetitive steps could be automated, and routes tasks to either an AI agent or a human depending on what's appropriate.
It includes approval workflows so a human stays in the loop on anything that needs oversight, full traceability across what an agent did and why, execution governance and health monitoring, and deployment validation before anything goes to production. It's currently in beta, accessible via waitlist, with no public pricing yet.
