Mouseflow semble être un outil intéressant pour ceux qui veulent analyser le comportement des utilisateurs sur leur site. Il permet de voir comment les visiteurs interagissent grâce à des fonctionnalités comme le replay de sessions, les heatmaps et les feedbacks. Le gros avantage, c'est la version gratuite qui offre jusqu'à 500 sessions par mois pour un seul site, ce qui peut être suffisant pour une petite entreprise ou un projet personnel. Cependant, si tu veux passer au niveau supérieur, les prix des plans payants ne sont pas très clairs sur leur site. Par ailleurs, l'interface peut sembler un peu complexe au début, surtout si tu n'as pas l'habitude de ce type d'outils. Comparé à des concurrents comme Hotjar ou Crazy Egg, qui offrent aussi des solutions similaires, Mouseflow est encore relativement peu connu, ce qui pourrait te faire hésiter. Attention aux frais cachés, même si pour l'instant, je n'ai pas trouvé d'arnaques ou de pièges évidents.
