Openbox est un gestionnaire de fenêtres qui apporte une grande flexibilité et une personnalisation poussée pour les utilisateurs de Linux. Si tu es du genre à aimer ajuster ton environnement de bureau à la perfection, c'est un bon choix. Cependant, il faut savoir que son utilisation demande un certain niveau de compétence technique. Ce n'est pas vraiment pour les débutants qui cherchent quelque chose de simple. En plus, il y a peu de documentation officielle, ce qui peut rendre les choses un peu compliquées pour les novices. Côté concurrents, tu peux jeter un œil à i3 ou XFCE, qui sont aussi des gestionnaires de fenêtres populaires. Ils ont leurs propres caractéristiques, mais sont souvent plus accessibles. En utilisant Openbox, tu pourrais tomber sur des pièges comme des configurations qui ne se sauvegardent pas bien ou des manques d'options graphiques par rapport à d'autres systèmes.
